Dr. Richard Bradley has served as the City of Deer Park EMS Medical Director for the last (9) years;

Dr. Bradley is a member of the Texas Department of Emergent Management (TDEM) and provides medical oversight to the City’s EMS program. 

Fiscal/Budgetary Impact: 
Funds for a Medical Services Director are available in the adopted FY26-27 Budget.

Recommended action

Authorize entering into an interlocal agreement with Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) for Medical Services Director services for the period of September 1, 2026 until August 31, 2027.
