Summary:
The City has implemented an “On-Call Concrete Repair / Maintenance Program” for several years, which has been very successful. When a situation arises in which a roadway repair / replacements needs to be performed but is larger than our Public Works crew can handle, the on-call company is contacted to perform the work. The City is charged by a predetermined, line-item cost for this work.
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
A total of $250,000 is budgeted for this contract in the Public Works Street Maintenance account 010-403-4406.

Approve entering into an agreement for the purchase of services from SKE Construction for the 2026 Concrete Maintenance Contract via TIPS JOC Contract No. 26010402.
