Per the Council-approved Salary and Benefits Survey RFP, staff requests approval of the recommended vendor and authorization to execute a professional services agreement with Public Sector Personnel Consultants, contingent upon successful contract negotiations.
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
Annual cost estimated to be under $50,000.00. Funds are budgeted and available in the General Fund within the Human Resources Department.
