Summary:
Three regular members of the P&Z/BOA board term are up for renewal (ends May 31, 2026), two of the board members wish to continue in their positions.
Planning and Zoning Commission/Board of Adjustment members for term of June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2028 are Troy Cothran and Mitchell Craft.
One member who did not wish to continue was Don Tippit. He was recognized at the last council meeting for his service to the city for his 32 years on the board.
Elizabeth Delgado, current alternate, was asked if she wished to move up to a full member and she agreed. Thus, the ordinance will move her into a regular member position effective June 1, 2026.
The Boards & Commission board recommends the appointments. Per the new policy, no new applications were required.
