Summary:
The Surface Water Treatment Plant (SWTP) has budgeted funds for concrete improvements at the site of the Avon elevated water storage tank. The site currently does not have a concrete access road. After rain events, it is hard to access the facility do to mud and ruts. The SWTP budgeted $135,000 this current fiscal year for the addition of a new concrete access road. SKE Construction has provided a quote of $63,584.28 through their TIPS contract for this improvement.

The SWTP has a total of $135,000 budgeted in their operational account, 400-502-49030, for this project.
