Summary:
The City has implemented an “On-Call Concrete Repair / Maintenance Program” for several years, which has been very successful. When a situation arises in which a roadway repair / replacements needs to be performed but is larger than our Public Works crew can handle, we call the on-call company to perform the work. We are charged by a, predetermined, line-item cost.
We are now ready to enter into an agreement with SKE Construction for the 2025 Concrete Maintenance Contract. The total contract amount will be for the $250,000 budgeted this fiscal year for this purpose.
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
A total of $250,000 is budgeted for this contract in the Public Works Street Maintenance account 010-403-4406.

Approve entering into an agreement for the purchase of services from SKE Construction for the 2025 Concrete Maintenance Contract.
