Summary:
The City Council of the City of Deer Park has called a Public Hearing, to be held at 7:30 p.m. on the 4th day of August 2026, in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, 710 East San Augustine Street, at which time and place they will hear all persons desiring to be heard on or in connection with any matter or question of the City adopting Standards of Care for the All-Star Activity Program.
The standards of care are integrated into the Deer Park Parks and Recreation Department All-Star Activity Program guidelines. The governing body of the municipality, our City Council, must approve through a formal action annually the standards of care. This meets the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services Child Care Minimum Standards.
