Summary:
The EMS Station has achieved substantial completion and we are operating from the station. Overall, staff has been extremely pleased with the building. Any outstanding issues or future identified deficiencies will be addressed by the general contractor as warranty items.
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
Project retainage has been reserved throughout the project and transferred to the holding account. The retainage will be released.
Recommended action
Staff recommends approval.
