Discussion of issues relating to the construction of the Community/Recreation Center Project.

Summary: 

City staff has been working alongside BSW and Durotech to develop final plans for the construction of the Community/Recreation Center Project. This project includes an alternate for replacement of the Pool Bathhouse.

 

City Staff would like to provide a quick update on the following:

•                     Demolition and construction schedule

•                     Pool design

•                     Additional items related to the construction process

•                     Parking phasing

 

Fiscal/Budgetary Impact: 

Project funded by the Type B Sales Tax Bond election which passed in 2021.
