Summary: 

The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on June 5, 2023 to hear testimony for and against the rezone request of Ryan Taylor, a representative of Deer Park Church of Christ, to rezone 1700 South Battleground Road, 5.7567 acres of LT 1 BLK 1 Deer Park Church of Christ from General Commercial (GC) to Industrial M1. City Council conducted their joint public hearing with Planning & Zoning Commission on July 18, 2023.   Based upon testimony, the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission is the request be approved.

Approve the ordinance granting the rezone change from GC to Industrial M1 for 1700 South Battleground Road.
