Summary:
It has been brought to the attention of City staff that several of the air conditioning units located on the roof of the Battleground Golf Course club house were failing to operate properly. Upon further review, City staff determined that the air conditioning units were experiencing significant issues and had exceeded their life expectancies.
This purchase will be for the replace of 9 air conditioning units within the clubhouse and 1 additional unit in the golf maintenance barn. Additionally in the cost will be the rental of a crane and misc items.
The purchase will be from Insco Distributing, Inc. through Buy Board Contract #577-18.
