The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on May 4, 2026, and City Council and the Planning & Zoning Commission is holding the joint public hearing on June 16, 2026, to hear testimony for and against the rezone request of Ryan Taylor to rezone 5151, 5301, and 5401 Red Bluff Road Lot 1 Blk 1 Deer Park RV from Highway Service (HS) to M1 Industrial Parks.
Based upon testimony, the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission is the request be approved.
