Summary: Section 6.1 of the Corporation’s bylaws states that the Board shall prepare a quarterly activity report, detailing the projects and work accomplished during the previous quarter. This report shall be reviewed by the Board by the end of the month following the end of each quarter and then submitted to City Council immediately thereafter. The attached report for the period of July 1, 2016 - September 30, 2016 has been prepared for the Board’s consideration and possible action. The report is cumulative for the 2015-2016 fiscal year with the most recent quarter shown first.
