Summary:
Code Enforcement would like to request Section 66-94 be added back to the Code of Ordinances. This section regarding leaving vehicles, trailers and all other privately owned property for more than 48 hours in the public streets was removed during the 2014 recodification. The Code Enforcement and Police Department has received numerous complaints regarding this matter. This would help take care of these kinds of complaints.
