Consideration of and action on an ordinance amending Section 66-194 of the Code of Ordinance related to speed limit on 13^th Street.

Summary: 

Staff recommends Section 66-194 of City Code be amended to reflect accurate speed limits along 13^th Street.  Code historically has called for a speed limit of 30 miles per hour along 13^th Street from Center Street to East Boulevard.  This inadvertently was altered during the 2014 recodification to include a 30 mile per hour speed limit on 13^th Street only from Wesley Lane to Center Street.  Adoption of this ordinance corrects this matter.
