Summary:
Staff requested Terracon Consultant’s, Inc. provide a materials testing proposal for services during construction of the new city hall. Services will include earthwork, under-reamed footing, structural and concrete paving, mortar and grout inspections and testing. Terracon will also provide inspection of welded and bolted framing connections. The contract will be a not to exceed budget amount of $32,990.
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
Funding source will be from the Series 2007 General Obligation Bond - Fund 34
