Summary:
The FY 2016-2017 budget includes the refurbishment of one ambulance. As part of the refurbishment, the District plans to trade-in the existing chassis. The existing chassis is owned by the City of Deer Park, so the trade-in allowance of $4,000.00 is owed to the City for the value of the asset. A budget amendment will be presented to cover this amount owed to the City (along with the additional cost needed to complete the refurbishment of the ambulance).
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
$4,000.00 reimbursement will be paid to the City of Deer Park.
