Discussion of FY16 CCPD Account of Disbursements of District Report.

Summary:
Chapter 363. Crime Control and Prevention Districts includes Sec. 363.207, “Account of Disbursements of District.” This provision states: “Not later than the 60th day after the last day of each fiscal year, an administrator shall prepare for the board a sworn statement of the amount of money that belongs to the district and an account of the disbursements of that money.”
On November 28, 2016 the attached a report was distributed to the Board of Directors via email. This report is for the CCPD as of the fiscal year ended, September 30, 2016, which reports the ending balance for cash and the district’s claim on pooled cash as well as a summary of the expenditures for the fiscal year by category.
