Summary:
Scott Swigert has served the City’s Parks & Recreation Director since July 11, 2011. On March 3, 2017 he announced his resignation, as he had accepted the position of Assistant City Manager of the City of Mont Belvieu. His final day of employment with the City of Deer Park is March 31, 2017. Mr. Swigert has been a tremendous asset to the Parks and Recreation Department, the City of Deer Park, and the community. The City Manager and Assistant City Manager would like to recognize him at the March 21, 2017 Council Meeting.
