Summary:
Hi-Tech Electric, Inc. has completed the SWTP - Replacement of Electrical Switchgear B project and is now ready for Council acceptance. The original contract amount was $45,010.00, a change order in the amount of $792.00 was executed to add additional wire that was found to be needed during construction. The final contract amount is $45,802.00. Retainage to be released on this project totals $2,290.10. The one year warranty will start upon Council acceptance.
