Summary:
Staff is requesting the purchase from Vaught Services, LLC, through the The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) to perform the rehabilitation of a 24” Storm Sewer Line on Eastwind Dr. The project consists of rehabilitating 150lf of collapsed 24” storm drain pipe that runs from Eastwind Dr. between two houses and into an outfall ditch in the rear of the property. The line will be rehabilitated to a new HDPE line. The purchase agreement with Vaught Services, LLC is in the amount of $177,066.75. This damage is part of Hurricane Harvey and will be part of any reimbursement package requested through FEMA.

This project will be funded through Disaster Declaration Fund 22
Recommended action
Staff recommends Council approval to purchase the services of Vaught Services, LLC through the TIPS program.
