Summary:
Staff has received the bids received for the construction of the new soccer fields. Eleven (11) bids were received for this project. While IKLO Construction (the current contractor for the PD Firing range) is the apparent low bidder, the lowest responsible bidder is Tandem Services.
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
May 9, 2015 the citizens in Deer Park passed a special election Type B Economic Development Sales and Use Tax for the appropriation of $4,000,000 for the development of soccer fields.

Recommended action
