Section 10.03 Zoning Land Uses Regulations limits the construction of a Helistop to M1- Industrial Park Districts and M2 General Industrial Districts. Therefore, an Amendment to the Ordinance is required to construct the Helistop in a Highway District Zone. A Specific Use Permit will be required, if the Amendment is adopted.
