Summary:  The Sanwood Investment, LP is seeking a Specific Use Permit to construct a 400,000 sq. ft. warehouse at 4600 Underwood Road in Deer Park. This site is located on the west side of Underwood Road, north side of Spencer Highway and south of Aaron Street in Deer Park. The land is currently zoned as M-1 Light Industrial, which allows this facility to be built at this location.  A bulk warehouse classification requires a Specific Use Permit.
