Total revenue includes sales tax revenue collected in October 2017 and paid in December 2017. Expenditures include operating expenditures of $230,959 and capital expenditures of $80,164. Operating expenditures include salaries and benefits, contract labor, software, maintenance on equipment, vehicles, and the drill field, and miscellaneous operating costs. Capital expenditures include ~$25,175 for breathing air compressors, ~$27,140 for three thermal imaging cameras, ~$13,100 for the first monthly lease payment on the 2017 Fire Truck, and ~$14,700 for a consulting architect on the planned EMS Annex.
