Victory Park Industrial, LLC is requesting a Specific Use Permit to operate an industrial group 35 bulk warehouse at 2851 East Pasadena Boulevard, consisting of Tract 532, 533, 537 in La Porte Outlots. The proposed property is a 349,050 square foot cross-dock Class A tilt wall dock high bulk warehouse/distribution building. The requestor withdrew the previous Specific Use Request due to the name change of the owner of the property. A new request was submitting with the new property owner name of Victory Park Industrial, LLC.
