Summary: 

The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on April 16, 2018 to hear testimony for and against Wells Fargo request to rezone the property for the purpose of constructing a restaurant or a multi-tenant retail center.  Based upon testimony, the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission is the request be granted.
