Summary:
In mid-April, 2018 council authorized staff to negotiate a professional services contract with Cobb Fendley Engineering to provide drainage analyses on the six areas identified as receiving the heaviest damage during Hurricane Harvey (see attached exhibit). The consultant’s task under this contract is to focus the engineering effort on the first two of the six areas, Heritage Addition and Deer Meadows subdivisions. Their fees to perform the analysis and provide a drainage reports on these two subdivisions is $60,230.
