Acceptance of completion of the Rehabilitation of the CMP (Corrugated Metal Pipe) Storm Sewer Pipe - Basin 1.

Summary:
An engineering study was conducted on storm pipe throughout the City. At completion, a report was generated showing City areas in need of renewal and/or maintenance in order to prevent infiltration or some other failure. The Engineering Department has generated a 4-phase plan to deal with these issues. City Council approved the Buy Board purchase from Fuquay, Inc. at the price of $295,913.51 to perform the work. Phase 1 (Basin 1) has been completed with a final cost of $282,841.36 a savings of $13,072.15. The CMP-Storm Sewer Pipe was rehabilitated using one of the following two methods: Structural Spray Wall or U.V. Liner.
