The Deer Park Pony Baseball 8U Maroon All Star Team recently won the Pony League World Series. The compiled a 21-1 record during the All Star season, winning first place in the Directors Tournament, District Tournament, Section Tournament, Region Tournament, and South Zone World Series. In the Championship Game of the World Series Tournament they won seven (7) consecutive games, beating teams from Texas, Florida, and Louisiana. At this time, Council will recognize the team and congratulate its players and coaches. These include:
