Summary: 

Per Section 370.002(a) of the Texas Local Government Code, home rule municipalities with a juvenile curfew ordinance must review their ordinance at least once every three (3) years. The City Council must conduct two hold a public hearings prior to adoption of a curfew ordinance. The Police Department recommends Council to renew the adoption of this ordinance for an additional three (3) year period.  The public hearings will be conducted at the August 7^th and August 21^st Council meetings.
