Summary:
In mid-April, 2018 council authorized staff to negotiate a professional services contract with Cobb Fendley Engineering to provide drainage analyses on the six areas identified as receiving the heaviest damage during Hurricane Harvey (see attached exhibit). The consultant’s task under this contract is to focus the engineering effort on Tasks 4 and 5 of the (6) areas, Deer Park Manor (Task 4) and Delo-Elaine (Task 5) subdivisions. (Tasks 1 and 2 were previously approved under AGR 18-016). Their fees to perform the analysis and provide a drainage reports on these (2) subdivisions is $48,630.
