Fiscal/Budgetary Impact
A portion of the funding for the Dow Park grading and drainage project will be utilized to subsidize the architectural services contract and construction for a new concession building in Dow Park. In addition, the repaving of the parking area will be completed this fiscal year. The remaining funds from the $550,000 will be requested to be re-budgeted in next fiscal year (2019-2020) to potentially complete the grading and drainage issues at the Dow Park Soccer Fields.
