Consideration of and action on entering into an agreement with RVi for professional services for the North East Hike and Bike Trails.
Body Summary:
New 2.6 mile trail, signs, trail heads, benches, water fountains, bike racks, resource surveys and engineering for the NE Hike & Bike Trail System.
This will be funded through the Federal Highway Administration Grant RT15005 to the City of Deer Park for the construction and renovation of the above and City of Deer Park Grant Funds.
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
$200,000 Federal Highway Administration and Texas Parks & Wildlife Department
$170,000 City matching funds
$31,500 RVi Architectural Services funded by both FHA / TPWD Grant funds and City match funds
