Lt. Frank Hart will give Council an update on the transfer of Humane to the Police Department:
1. Personnel Update - Shelter employees are working together/ no major personnel issues.
2. New shelter update

b. Dog beds for kennels ordered 4 week delivery time.

a. Resource study to Increase staffing to manage the larger facility
