Consideration of and action on the Mowing Service Contract Change Order with EconoCuts Landscape Management on annual basis.
Summary
This change order will add mowing additional pocket areas and right a-ways which include:
• Amy Street Spillway
• Cloudcroft Cul-De-Sac
• Oklahoma Subdivision Entrance
• Bayou Bend Esplanades
• Kingsdale Facility
• Chandler Detention Pond
• Catalina Detention Pond
The mowing schedule is weekly March through October and bi-weekly November through February.
The work is inclusive of mowing, blowing, edging, removal of debris. Detention areas must be mechanically trimmed.
