PUBLIC HEARING 6:15 P.M. - Jarrett Hill is requesting a nine (9) foot six (6) inch variance to the width of a residential drive way at 1822 Everglades Drive.

Summary: Section 16.09.2 of the Zoning Ordinance limits the width of a residential driveway to twenty (20) feet where abutting on a street. Therefore, a variance is required to widen the driveway to twenty nine (29) feet and six (6) inches.
