Summary: Midtown Engineers was hired to perform the engineering services for the traffic signal coordination of East Blvd. This involves a traffic study to improve the north/south vehicular traffic flow. This project will consist of traffic counts, signal coordination, modeling using SHYNCHRO software and implementing the revised timing plans. Midtown has completed their traffic study and will be presenting Council with its recommendations for moving forward with implementation.
