Presentation of July 4th Independence Day Event.

Summary: The following 4th of July activities will be discussed by Rene McBride
• Fireworks - Starting at 9:15 pm
o Should last about 20-25 minutes
• Sand Castle contest
o Registration starts at 5:30 pm. Build time from 6-8 pm. Judging at 8:15pm. Open to everyone but limited to 10 spaces.
• Armadillo Races
o Will be conducted continuously throughout the duration of the event.
• Live music
o Performance by OMG. Will play a variety of music throughout the evening.
• Other activities
o Concessions, inflatables, Citizen’s Police Academy raffle, arts and crafts, etc.
