The process to consider the Specific Use Permit begins with Council referring the matter to the Planning and Zoning Commission to schedule a public hearing:

June 17, 2019 - P&Z schedules Prelim. Public Hearing
July 15, 2019 - P&Z conducts Prelim. Public Hearing
August 6, 2019 - Council schedule JPH with P&Z
September 3, 2019 - Council adopt Ordinance for M3 Zoning
