Discussion of issues relating to the Ellis Pool Audits for summer 2019 Athletics/Aquatics Division.
Summary
The Operations of the Dow Park Pool is under the certification from Ellis and Associates as a Regulation and check and Balance of policies and procedures. Training consist of many hours of intensive rescue exercises that are Mandatory and conducted before and during the pool season by our Certified Pool Operators Lacy Stole and Debra Culp.
Staff dedicate training in classroom and in the Pool Water again for many hours.
The Dow Park Pool is audited (3) three times each season which consists of visits that check Manager Operations, Paperwork and Files Lifeguard observations and tested skill sets.
We are proud to state we always receive the highest rating from Ellis and this is due to Lacy and Debra leadership and the dedicated young lifeguards that make many saves during the summer.
We would like to recognize Lacy and Debra along with her staff for another excellent job and the saving of lives.
