Summary:
This request is for approval to purchase the required emergency equipment to outfit (8) eight 2020 Chevrolet Tahoes. The purchased equipment will be used to outfit five (5) 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe SSVs and (3) 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe PPVs. This equipment includes miscellaneous emergency response equipment, i.e., light bars, sirens, radio consoles, graphics, etc.

Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
The CCPD Budget has $92,672 budgeted for vehicle equipment buildouts in account No. 82-300-43080 (Small Tools and Minor Equipment). The bid is for the amount of $56,472.84, included in the Crime Control and Prevention District (CCPD) FY 19-20. This amount is $36,199.16 under budget.
