Summary:
SKE Construction, LLC has completed the Repair of Storm Outfalls on South Golf Course Ditch Project and is now ready for Council acceptance, and release of retainage. The project was completed in the amount of $125,482.10. The final payment including retainage for this project totals $12,548.21.
The project consisted of the cleaning the ditch of debris and replacing six outfalls that discharge into the ditch from the adjacent subdivision and golf course.
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact: This project was funded through the 2007 Series Bonds
Recommended action
Staff is recommending acceptance and release of final payment for the completed project.
