Summary:
The State statute (Fire Control, Prevention, and Emergency Medical Services District Act) which enables creation of a FCPEMSD also specifies qualifications for membership on the board of directors and the manner in which appointments to the board of directors are to be made. Mr. Brent Hahn has resigned from board of directors due to work commitments. Therefore, a new member must be appointed.
Councilmember Sinor now appoints Hal Vaughn to fill the term of Mr. Hahn.
