Summary:
This is the annual bunker gear replacement program and is a budgeted expenditure. This will include replacement gear for current firefighters as well as gear for the upcoming academy class. The total purchase is $50,611.00 and is being procured through HGAC contract #EE09-19.
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
This purchase is within the approved budget of the Fire Control Prevention and EMS District (FCPEMSD); which has $80,000 approved for bunker gear.
