Summary:
This request is for approval to purchase the required emergency equipment to outfit five (5) 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe Police Pursuit Vehicles (PPVs). This equipment includes miscellaneous emergency response equipment, i.e., light bars, sirens, radio consoles, graphics, etc.

Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
The CCPD Budget has $77,275 budgeted for vehicle equipment buildouts in account No. 82-300-43080 (Small Tools and Minor Equipment). The bid is for the amount of $68,213.70, included in the Crime Control and Prevention District (CCPD) FY 20-21. This amount is $9,061.30 under budget. The purchase is through Buy Board Contract 603-20.
