Summary: 

Per Section 370.002(a) of the Texas Local Government Code, home rule municipalities with a juvenile curfew ordinance must review their ordinance at least once every three (3) years. The City Council must conduct two hold a public hearings prior to adoption of a curfew ordinance. The Police Department recommends Council to renew the adoption of this ordinance for an additional three (3) year period.  The public hearings will be conducted at the August 17^th and September 7th Council meetings.
