Summary:
Tropical Storm Nicholas reached hurricane strength before making landfall. The City of Deer Park did experience some damage, but overall, the impact of the storm on City facilities was relatively minimal. Staff will give a brief report regarding the City’s preparations and damages caused by the storm.
