Summary:
The Sanitation Division is requesting the purchase of a new 2023 114SD, Conventional Cab, SFFA, TRA (Tractor Truck) as a replacement for a 2005 Freightliner Truck with a mileage of 153,000. This tractor truck is used to carry loads to the landfill.

Cost - $129,251.00
Fiscal/Budgetary Impact:
A budgeted amount of $125,890 is included in the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Capital Equipment Replacement Fund, Account No. 091-402-49060, Automobiles & Light Trucks. While the amount budgeted is less than the actual cost of this Tractor Truck, two additional equipment purchases in the Sanitation Division will each cost less than the amount budgeted. Those differences will be sufficient to cover the additional monies necessary to purchase this Tractor Truck.

Approve the purchase of a 2023 114SD, Conventional Cab, SFFA, TRA (Tractor Truck) for the Sanitation Division through the Houston- Galveston Area Council Cooperative Purchasing Program.
