Summary:
The Flashing Yellow Arrow signals are proposed to be installed along East Blvd. and Center Street in the north and south directions. The speed limit along East Blvd. and Center Street will not exceed 45 mph and 40 mph respectively (see attached East Blvd Speed Study Report 06-22-2021). Engineer’s construction estimate is $100,350.00.
